What is a package burner?
A package burner is a self-contained burner with the combustion air fan, controls, and fuel train built into one unit. It bolts onto a boiler, air heater, oven, or other process and is set up on site for the fuel and output you need.
Should I choose a gas, oil, or dual fuel burner?
It depends on the fuel available on site and how critical uptime is. Gas burners suit sites with a reliable gas supply, oil burners suit sites without one, and dual fuel burners switch between gas and oil so the plant keeps running if one supply is interrupted.
What output range do your package burners cover?
From 11 kW with the Bentone BF1 up to 18 MW with the Nu-Way P Series. Tell us your boiler or process and we will size the burner for it.
Can a burner run on biogas, heavy oil, or waste oil?
Yes. Several Bentone and Nu-Way gas burners are available for biogas, the Nu-Way NOG and POR fire heavy fuel oil, and the Nu-Way GU fires waste oil.
Do you commission and service package burners?
Yes. Our factory-trained technicians commission new burners and service, tune, and repair existing ones, and we stock spare parts for Bentone and Nu-Way burners.
