Nu-Way PGN Gas Burner
Large gas burners from 3.3 to 18 MW for industrial steam and hot water boilers. Natural gas, LPG, town gas, or biogas.
At a glance: The Nu-Way PGN is a large gas burner range covering 3.3 to 18 MW across seven models, from the PGN160 to the PGN660. It runs on natural gas, LPG, town gas, or biogas and is commonly used on large industrial steam and hot water boilers, with electronic micro modulation, a variable speed drive fan, and oxygen trim. Hurll Nu-Way supplies, commissions, services, and stocks spare parts for PGN burners in Australia.
Gas burners for large industrial boilers
The Nu-Way PGN runs on natural gas, LPG, town gas, or biogas, and is available in standard outputs from 3.3 to 18 MW. It is commonly used on large industrial steam and hot water boilers.
Seven models cover 3,300 to 18,000 kW. Monoblock designs run up to the P310, with a duoblock design and floor-mounted combustion air fan above that. LN datasheets are available for the PGN160 and PGN250.
Electronic micro modulation with individual valve servo motors is standard, along with a variable speed drive on the combustion air fan, an air inlet silencer (below 85 dBA), and oxygen trim for better efficiency and lower emissions. Separate or integrated water level controls are available for steam boilers, and a data transfer interface links the burner to a BMS. Nu-Way is based in Droitwich Spa, England, and is part of the Enertech group alongside Bentone.
