Nu-Way PDFL Dual Fuel Burner
Large dual fuel burners from 3.3 to 18 MW for natural gas, LPG, or biogas and Class D or Class G oil. Simultaneous firing and three fuel options are available.
At a glance: The Nu-Way PDFL is a large dual fuel burner range covering 3.3 to 18 MW across seven models, from the PDF160 to the PDF660. It fires natural gas, LPG, or biogas and Class D or Class G oil, with simultaneous firing and three fuel options, and comes with electronic micro modulation, a variable speed drive fan, and oxygen trim. Hurll Nu-Way supplies, commissions, services, and stocks spare parts for PDFL burners in Australia.
Dual fuel burners for large boilers and process plant
The Nu-Way PDFL can be configured for natural gas, LPG, or biogas, and Class D or Class G oil. Simultaneous firing and three fuel options are also available. Oil and dual fuel versions come with a separate skid-mounted oil pump and heater set for easy installation and maintenance.
It suits larger steam and hot water boilers, thermal fluid heaters, air heaters, breweries, distilleries, paper mills, and rotary dryers. Seven models cover 3,300 to 18,000 kW. Monoblock designs run up to the P310, with a duoblock design and floor-mounted combustion air fan above that.
Electronic micro modulation with individual valve servo motors is standard, along with a variable speed drive on the combustion air fan, an air inlet silencer (below 85 dBA), and oxygen trim for better efficiency and lower emissions. Separate or integrated water level controls are available for steam boilers, and a data transfer interface links the burner to a BMS. Nu-Way is based in Droitwich Spa, England, and is part of the Enertech group alongside Bentone.
