Utile 90-220 Series Multi-Stage Gas Booster
Multi-stage centrifugal machines that work as gas boosters, blowers, or exhausters. Up to eight stages for high pressures and large flows.
At a glance: The 90-220 Series is built with up to eight stages, so it handles volumes from 50 to 5,000 m³/hr, pressures up to 1,030 mbar, and vacuums to 770 mbar. For aggressive gases it can have treated internals, a stainless steel shaft, and gas seals. Hurll Nu-Way supplies, installs, and services Utile Engineering gas boosters in Australia.
High pressure, multi-stage centrifugal boosting
The 90-220 Series is built with up to eight stages, so it handles volumes from 50 to 5,000 m³/hr, pressures up to 1,030 mbar, and vacuums to 770 mbar.
It runs continuously, even under high turndown, and moves gas free from oil contamination without surge. Aluminium impellers with backward curved vanes are precision balanced for low torque and vibration, and the only routine maintenance is re-greasing the bearings.
For aggressive gases it can have treated internals, a stainless steel shaft, and gas seals. It is supplied bare shaft, as a motorised unit, or as a complete package, with zone rated motors for ATEX compliance. Utile Engineering is a British manufacturer of blowers, compressors, and gas boosters.
