LTG VQ Industrial Tangential Fans (200 to 1,000 mm)
Heavy-duty, belt-driven tangential fans with 200 to 1,000 mm impellers, for ovens, dryers, and process lines. Versions for gas up to 500°C, and custom builds to 800°C.
At a glance: LTG VQ tangential fans are heavy-duty, vee-belt driven fans with 200 to 1,000 mm impellers and extra corrosion protection. VQN, VQH, and VQT versions handle gas up to 120°C, 300°C, and 500°C, with custom builds to 800°C and VQE slide-in units for easy service. Hurll Nu-Way supplies LTG tangential fans in Australia through Secomak.
Industrial air distribution for hot processes
The VQ series are sturdy industrial tangential fans with extra corrosion protection. They have a free shaft end with a feather key for a vee-belt drive, a housing in galvanised steel or optional stainless steel, and a galvanised steel impeller.
Three versions cover the temperature range: VQN for gas up to 120°C, VQH up to 300°C, and VQT up to 500°C. Fans for up to 800°C are designed to order, and have been built for the glass industry. VQE slide-in units add a fan that slides into the machine from one side for easier service, and ATEX versions are available.
Impellers run from 200 mm to 1,000 mm in diameter. LTG is a German manufacturer of tangential fans and process air equipment, based in Stuttgart. Secomak distributes LTG fans in the UK, and Hurll Nu-Way supplies them in Australia.
