Nu-Way FMP Gas, Oil and Dual Fuel Burner
Packaged industrial process burners with integral fan, valve train, and controls. For ovens, incinerators, furnaces, and other process heat.
At a glance: The Nu-Way FMP is a packaged industrial process burner based on the Multiplex, rated from 147 kW (FMP5) up to 4,400 kW (FMP150). It runs on gas, light oil, or dual fuel, with up to 20:1 turndown on gas and 4:1 on oil, and suits ovens, incinerators, furnaces, and kilns. Hurll Nu-Way supplies, commissions, and services Nu-Way FMP burners in Australia.
The Multiplex burner as a complete package
The FMP packages Nu-Way's proven Multiplex industrial burner with an integral fan and valve train. It is ruggedly built for ovens, incinerators, furnaces, and other process applications.
It runs on all commercial gases, light oil, or dual fuel, and can be built for other gases such as mines gas, biogas, and producer gas. Oil and dual fuel versions start from the FMP15 (440 kW). Control ranges from on/off and high/low to fully modulating.
Combustion tunnels come in stainless steel (to 450°C), heat resistant steel (to 900°C), silicon carbide (to 1,300°C, FMP15 and below), or refractory quarls (to 1,450°C). The FMP uses low or medium velocity tunnels. For high velocity, use the MP burner with a separate fan. Nu-Way is based in Droitwich Spa, England, and is part of the Enertech group alongside Bentone.

What output does the Nu-Way FMP cover?
Eight sizes rated from 147 kW (FMP5) to 4,400 kW (FMP150), based on gross CV.
Is the FMP available for oil and dual fuel?
Yes, from the FMP15 (440 kW) upwards. The FMP5 and FMP10 are gas only.
What turndown does the FMP give?
Up to 20:1 on gas and 4:1 on oil.
What is the difference between the FMP and the MP?
The FMP is a complete package with its own fan, valve train, and controls, for low and medium velocity firing. The MP is the basic Multiplex burner, used with a separate fan, and covers high velocity applications.
