Lanemark FDC Gas Burner
Compact packaged gas burners with high turndown, gas only control. Made for process air heating in convection ovens and dryers.
At a glance: The Lanemark FDC is a compact packaged gas burner for convection ovens and dryers, with heat inputs from 9 kW up to 1,550 kW across seven models, from the FD5C to the FD35C. It gives high turndown on gas only control and a short flame from its conical burner head, and runs on natural gas or LPG. Hurll Nu-Way supplies, commissions, and services Lanemark FDC burners in Australia.
Low cost, high turndown oven burner
The FDC is designed to give low cost, high turndown control on gas only, for process air heating in convection ovens and dryers.
It mounts straight onto the wall of a dryer, oven, or air heating duct, firing in line with or at 90° to the airflow. Combustion air and gas mix progressively inside the conical burner head, which gives a short flame and stable combustion over a wide range of process airflows.
Each FDC is packaged with a burner windbox, combustion air fan, manual sliding damper, compact monoblock gas train, and control panel. Lanemark Combustion Engineering is based in Nuneaton, England, and specialises in gas burners for process air heating and tank heating.

What heat input does the Lanemark FDC cover?
The FDC covers 9 to 1,550 kW across seven models. The FD5C starts at 9 kW and the FD35C reaches 1,550 kW.
What is the difference between the FDC and the FDGA?
The FDC modulates gas only. The FDGA is based on the FDC but adds Lanemark's APL control, which modulates both gas and combustion air to hold the ratio as airflow changes.
What fuels does the FDC run on?
Natural gas or LPG (propane).
What is the Lanemark FDC used for?
Paint pre-treatment dryers, drying and curing ovens, conveyor and batch ovens, textile and fabric dryers, rotary moulding machines, food processing, and powder and grain dryers.
Who supplies and services Lanemark FDC burners in Australia?
Hurll Nu-Way, based in Glen Waverley, Victoria, supplies Lanemark FDC burners and provides commissioning, burner servicing, and spare parts. Call 1300 556 380.
