Baking oven is very common equipment in food industry. Bakeries are using ovens to cook bread, cake, cookies etc. In this process prolonged dry heat is being used in the oven, normally in an oven to transfer heat gradually to the batters and doughs to produce baked items. Therefore, to ensure a quality and hygienic product, the heating of the baking process need to be safe and homogeneous.
